In every appointment I have had with him, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything, listened to my questions and concerns, and gave me as much time as I needed to understand the treatment and make sure the decisions I made with my course of treatment was the best possible. "Dr Taksali is the best. I had a serious fall with a complex leg injury and Dr Taksali quickly assessed my situation, created a plan, and gave me the confidence to move forward. Dr Taksali is progressive, a creative problem solver, and has a friendly manner that set me at ease. People often say that Portland is the only place to go for great medical care; i disagree. Dr Taksali can compete with the best trauma surgeons available. I am in Salem, Oregon."

"Incredible writing this after so many years. My daughter in Southern California with the trimalleolar fracture or who should not have been able to run again is now running marathons thanks to Dr. Taksali's skill. Had to post to let him know how incredibly grateful we were that he was put in our path before he left Southern California. Also, very kind and patient. I am an ER nurse from the hospital he worked in prior to leaving for Oregon. We miss him!"

"Dr Taksali did the surgery on my broken hip. He is extremely skilled. The scaring is minimal, pain three weeks out is minor, and the rehabilitation is going superbly. I would recommend him to anyone for this kind of traumatic injury. After surgery you will mostly deal with his PA which is fine, Jamie is amazing, kind, and easy to talk to. They are not real generous with pain meds so I suggest you save what you get for those days you get physical therapy when you really need to use them."
