The office personnel are friendly, professional, and always helpful. My experiences with my Orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Zirschky and his Physicians Assistant, Susie, proved to be knowledgeable, friendly, caring and helpful. For my experience of a complete shoulder replacement, the Hope Ortho Physical Therapy Team proved to be the greatest asset. The three therapists who served me took my needs seriously and treated me as an individual, making certain that the results of my procedure netted me the best outcome possible. There were times that this procedure was extremely painful, but never was I treated without respect and understanding.
